Sandwich and Burger Wrap: Custom Printed Deli Paper

Sandwich and Burger Wrap

12 x 12 to 15 x 15 in. · dry wax, grease-resistant, kraft, white or black

Sheets that close around a hot burger or a loaded sub, hold together on the walk to the table and still show your mark when the customer unfolds them.

  • Dry wax for dine-in, grease-resistant for takeout and delivery bags
  • The same sheet lines clamshells and kraft boxes so the lid stays clean
Basket Liners and Tray Papers: Red Checkered Basket Liners

Basket Liners and Tray Papers

12 x 12 and 12 x 15 in. · checkered, newsprint or your own print

The red check everyone recognizes, newsprint patterns and custom prints doing the same job: keeping baskets and trays clean between tables and making a plain basket of fries look finished. Liners are cut to drape over the rim with a little to spare.

  • Red, green and black checks printed from stock patterns
  • Your logo in a clear center panel or as an all-over repeat
Patty and Fry Paper: Patty Paper

Patty and Fry Paper

4.75 x 5 to 10 x 10 in. · dry wax or grease-resistant

Small squares that stack between pressed patties in the walk-in, fry paper that lines cups and boats, and cones for portions eaten standing up. These are the sheets a kitchen uses by the thousand without anyone noticing them.

  • Plain or one-color patty sheets that peel off a cold patty cleanly
  • Fry paper on white or kraft that hides oil spots instead of showing them
Taco, Burrito and Food Wrapping Sheets: Burrito Wrapping Paper

Taco, Burrito and Food Wrapping Sheets

12 x 12 to 15 x 15 in. · heavier grease-resistant base

Burrito and taco wraps on a firmer grease-resistant base that holds a wet filling without going soft, plus general wrapping sheets for barbecue, hot dogs, pizza slices and bakery counters.

  • Peels away from a wrapped burrito instead of sticking to the tortilla
  • Interfolded sheets for dispenser boxes at a busy pass
Wax Paper and Food Bags: Wax Paper Bags

Wax Paper and Food Bags

6 x 6 to 8 x 12 in. · wax paper sheets, bags and printed food bags

Flat and gusseted bags and loose wax sheets for cookies, bread, cured meats, cheese and anything sold by the piece from a counter. A printed bag does the work of a label and a sheet at once and leaves with every sale.

  • Flat bags for cookies and pastries, gusseted bags for bread and sandwiches
  • Printed in one or two colors so the mark reads on kraft or white

Not sure which range fits? Send a photo of the food and the container it leaves in and we will suggest a sheet and a size by return. The deli paper size chart lists every standard cut against the food it is meant to wrap.

Paper Stocks

Five stocks cover nearly every order we print.

Dry waxBleached white with a slight sheen and a soft hand; folds easily and stays foldedLight. Fine for food eaten within minutes, not for a delivery bagDine-in burgers and sandwiches, basket liners, patty paper, bakery counters1–3 spot colors

Natural kraftUnbleached brown with visible fiber; warm and matteMedium. Hides grease spots better than any white sheetDelis, barbecue, bakeries, anything with a rustic counter1–2 colors in dark inks, or white ink
Bleached whiteBright, clean white with an even surface that shows color trueMedium, with a grease-resistant version for takeoutFull-color logos, patterns and bright brand colors1–3 spot colors or full color
BlackSolid black through the sheet, no show-through on the foldHigh, on a grease-resistant baseBurger and steak sandwich counters that want a darker lookWhite ink, plus one or two accent colors

All five stocks are printed with food-safe soy and water-based inks on the outside face only, so the side that touches the food stays unprinted. Dry wax is for cold and warm holds, not the oven or microwave. Our guide to deli paper stocks and what each one does goes into the detail and the trade-offs between them.

How Printing Works

Your sheets are printed flexographically on a continuous roll, then sheeted, counted and boxed. Here is what happens between your email and the cases arriving at your back door.

  1. You send artwork and a quantity. A vector file is ideal, but a photo of your sign or menu is enough for us to redraw a one-color mark at no charge.
  2. We email a written quote and a PDF proof. Both arrive within one business day.
  3. You approve, or ask for changes. Nothing is plated until you reply with a written approval. Changes to the proof are free; say what looks wrong and a revised PDF follows.
  4. Plates are made and the job goes on press. One plate per ink color.
  5. Sheeting, counting and boxing. The printed roll is cut to your sheet size, counted into cases and sealed. Each case is labeled with the product, the size and the count.
  6. Delivery to your door. Free tracked delivery to any US address, usually 2–3 business days after the cases leave us. You get the tracking link by email on the day they ship.

Why Restaurants Order From Deli Papers

We print one thing: food paper. No cups, no boxes, no signage. That focus means the press operators know what a dry wax sheet does when it is folded hot, and the proofing team knows that a logo placed dead center disappears under the burger.

A low minimum for a printed sheet

Our minimum is 1,000 sheets per print run, which is about two weeks of wrap for a single-location burger counter. A first run is small enough to test on real orders before you commit a whole season to one design.

Pricing on a written quote

Sheet size, stock, ink count and quantity all move the cost, so a posted rate card would be wrong for half the orders that come in.

Reorders stay consistent

Your artwork, plates and color references stay on file. A reorder uses the same art, the same stock and the same color match, so the sheet that arrives in month six looks like the one you approved in month one.

Standard Sheet Sizes We Cut

  • 6 x 6 in. fry paper, cookie and pastry sheets, patty paper for larger patties
  • 6 x 10 in. fry bags, hot dog wrap, small pastry sheets, slider trays
  • 10 x 10 in. sliders, street tacos, small baskets, single-patty burgers
  • 12 x 12 in. burger wrap, basket liners, hot dogs, clamshell liners (the most ordered size)
  • 12 x 15 in. sandwich wrap, sub wrap, tray liners, half-sheet pan liners
  • 15 x 15 in. footlong subs, burritos, large wraps, platter covers
  • Custom any other size, quoted on request from a sketch or a sample sheet

Artwork we can work with

Vector PDF, AI or EPS gives the cleanest line on press. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works for a one-color mark. If all you have is a photo of the storefront, send it; redrawing a simple wordmark is included in the free proof.

Who orders

Independent burger joints and smokehouses, delis and bagel shops, food trucks, concession stands, taquerias, pizzerias, bakeries and multi-location groups that need the same sheet shipped to several addresses at once.

Questions About Custom Deli Paper

The questions we answer by phone most weeks. Pick a topic and open a row; if yours is missing, the quote form has a notes box.

What is custom deli paper used for in a restaurant?

Mostly as a wrap for burgers and sandwiches, as a liner in baskets and trays, and as a barrier sheet between patties or under fries.

How many printed sheets do I have to order to start?

One print run is 1,000 sheets at minimum. For a single counter that is roughly two weeks of wrap, so a first order is a small commitment.

Does the design proof cost anything?

No. The PDF proof and the written quote come first, free, and changes to the proof are free as well. Printing starts only after you approve both in writing.

Can I get sample sheets of each stock before ordering?

Yes. Ask for a swatch pack on the quote form and we send a sheet of each stock so you can wrap a real order in each one.

Tell us about your order

Send the product, a sheet size and roughly how many sheets you go through in a month. We reply in writing within one business day with a price and a free design proof. Prefer to talk? Call (503) 461-4788 or message us on WhatsApp.
